Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account on 399be, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, email address, and other required information. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password secure and do not share it with any third party.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
If certain deposit or withdrawal limits are exceeded, 399be may request documents for identity verification. This may include a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification is not completed.
3.3 Account Security
You are obligated to notify 399be immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. The account holder will be responsible for all account activity unless it is proven that the security breach occurred due to a fault on the part of 399be.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods on the 399be platform is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source. Using this platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may be delayed due to identity verification, security review, or other administrative reasons.
- If any active bonus wagering is ongoing on the account at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal may be held.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
4.3 Fraud Prevention
399be reserves the right to investigate any transaction it considers fraudulent and to temporarily suspend the relevant account. If fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and any funds earned will be forfeited.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, the first deposit amount must be at least ৳200.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means withdrawal is available after wagering 15 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place at least ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms, which will be stated in the offer details.
- If wagering is not completed within a set time period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- If bonus abuse or attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts are detected, all related accounts will be closed.
- 399be reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
VIP Program and Cashback
The 399be VIP program has 5 tiers. As you advance through each tier, the weekly cashback rate increases:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
The detailed rules for VIP tier advancement are set by 399be and the right to change them is reserved. The cashback amount depends on the betting activity for the relevant week.
Gameplay Rules
7.1 Fair Play Policy
399be follows a strict fair play policy. All game outcomes are determined by verified random number generator (RNG) technology.
7.2 Prohibited Activities
- Playing games using any kind of software, bot, or automated system.
- Intentionally exploiting any game error or bug.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

7.3 Technical Issues
